We had never filed a claim before, but he was so patient and explained the whole process clearly. Trenton even made sure to be there when the insurance inspector arrived, making sure no damage to the roof, gutters, or siding was missed. Once our claim was approved, we received a quote that was hard to understand, but Trenton took extra time to go over it with us and explain the details. “I had a great experience with Hector & Sons Roof Repair. Bryson came out to check my two leaking skylights and explained that they needed to be taken out. He said the crew would fix both the skylights and a hot water pipe on the roof. When Trenton and Preston arrived, they were very friendly and polite. They removed the old skylights and covered up the openings, so now I don't have to worry about leaks anymore. They also repaired the water tank pipe. While working inside, Bryson noticed a propane smell and kindly asked me to keep my kids outside for safety while he tightened the loose line and opened a window to let in fresh air. Throughout the whole job, they explained what they were doing and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely call them again when it's time for a full roof replacement.”
